Had terrible problem during car pickup (especially with easy rental customer service)

About AVIS:8.0/10
Total pickup time was around 3.5 hours which is unacceptable. Rest of the journey was very good. AVIS could have prepared the car well in advance might reduce 1.5hr time
The car was changed and was not as good as the one ordered.
Collection was terrible despite ringing several times to arrange at considerable cost. £1.80 per minute. Probably was on phone for about 30 minutes in total.

I want to have back my money ! I commanded a Hyundai Creta or Dutson Renault , but they gave me a car which is only 30 usd per day and i have paid 275$ + 70 $ , it is not normal ! I want to have back my money
