The line up ridiculously long. Only 1 staff member. Over an hour wait to get to the counter. Confusion with key to match car and stall number. I will pay more next time to avoid Avis car rental.

Everything OK for booking. I am not convinced on the insurance though. Luckily, I did not need to use their services. I was told during pick-up that for any incident I have to pay all the costs and then recover from the insurance.
Vehicle itself was clean and counter staff helpful but the car was not full (closer to 90%) and it also had only a 2% charge. As a hybrid, I'd expect better. Due to the small gas capacity, we were suddenly on empty during our initial journey.
We were greeted by the Avis personnel at the airport pickup for assistance. We approached the extra care. All steps were handled professionally and efficiently. The Avis employee in charge was especially helpful. His name is Shon Middleton, and I want to thank him for outstanding customer service! He followed up with me to ensure that we found the car to our liking. That’s exceptional customer service!

It was a terrible experience, we had to pay in even though we paid the whole rental fee through QEEQ, the car we received was an “upgrade” from them but it was in fact smaller, dirty, smelled and had stains on the seats. They did not even find our booking and didn’t take our booking confirmation email from QEEQ as proof.
Overall good. Would’ve been less so had the initial vehicle offered not been exchanged for the model booked. Not only was it dirty, but it was not big enough. That saiid it was exchanged without fuss.

It’s the second time I’ve used QEEQ and will do so again. The process was excellent and communication was good throughout. Both the vehicle and the optional insurance were excellent value. My only observation is that it would be that it would be helpful if you could stay logged into your App (without the need for code entry) and could download PDF documents to your phone. The latter might be possible but I could only do it using a PC.
Guy who served me was awesome. Super efficient and was on the road in no time.

Liaised with Avis via WhatsApp for us. We had delays on the flight into Seattle and the Amtrak over into Canada. I was worried we would arrive too late for pick up. They communicated with Avis brilliantly. Made it to pick up at 12:05 and they shut 12:30am

I reserved a Tesla and was offered a Hyundia and a Mercedes. Hyundai is not the same class of vehicle. The Mercedes software was in beta stages. Lane keep assist would bounce around the lane even leaving it, it was if a drunk driver was driving. Navigation system failed 80% of the time either couldnt' find the location like Leogo land for instance but could find Legoland Holiday Inn. 4 out of 5 charging locations it directed me to were behind locked gates. Charging port wouldn't open and required 20 minutes with another Merc owner to figure out. Regenerative braking would simply give up by design at 20Km/hr in other words stop breaking coming up to another car at about 3 car lengths away nearly causing an accident. Later if stopped at about 80km/hr.
The car a is a disaster and would stop anyone from owning an EV if they didnt' know better. AVIS customer support was useless. They told me to drive back to the airport to talk to the front desk about changing my reservation. I asked why would i spend a 4 hour round trip driving instead of talking ot them on the phone to confirm they had a car available. This was not possible apparently as they are to busy for existing customer to pickup. I was obviously annoying the CR asking such questions.
Upcharged for Tolls. I was told I would go through a ton of tolls on my trip at least 10-15 and that I should purchase the flat toll fee. I went through two. A roughly $20 charge was turned into $70.
Upcharged for charging. Asked how much I thought I was going to spend charging the car up before drop off convinced I should spend $20 to charge it at drop off. The Merc comes with Free 30 minute charging more than enough to charge the car to full. Further lies.
