car pick up a difficult walk to get to and from, sorted out a problem well and efficiently half way through the rental period. mostly polite and helpful

Car was very dirty inside and out and this was a disappointment for me.
There was food remnants on the seats inside.
Outside windscreens were very dirty as well and vision was difficult as a result - front and back.
On questioning the staff at Budget Jerusalem when picking up car I was informed that they didnt' have time to clean the vehicle.
Car was great for my requirements in a large city.
