The process went smoothly, and the car was very new. I originally wanted a Fiat 500, but I got a Fiat Panda with over 2000 kilometers, which is an upgrade. Unfortunately, the Panda doesn't look as good, and the clutch is hard to press. I bought full insurance at the store, which was more expensive than online.
The staff spoke good English and, after explaining our third-party insurance, only reiterated the claims procedure without pushing for additional insurance.
