The car was filthy both in and out and had more bumps and scratches on it than a dodgem car. Shocking service at collection point and shocking car. Budget should be ashamed of themselves

Long wait for car pick up. Not navigation or toddler car seat available. Jerusalem stuff was not friendly with giving directions since we didn't have navigation when leaving. Drop off was easy and very friendly at TLV airport.
They could use more representatives at the counter and at the car pick up and drop off. Other then that the service was excellent!
