They told us the back seat was dirty when we returned the car. They suggested we clean it ourselves, otherwise, the company would charge a high fee. We were in a hurry to catch a flight, so the receptionist offered to help and only charged us 70 AED for cleaning. We even gave an extra 100 AED as a tip. Later, we found an additional charge of over 100 AED on our credit card for the dirty back seat. This was very disappointing as we couldn't dispute it after leaving.

its almost 9 days now since i returned the car but i Have not received yet any email confirmation from Fast rent a car inorder to refund my deposite.
