Excellent experience - I would use Surprise retail again.

Staff were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I asked about insurance and once they saw I’d already bought full coverage through QEEQ, they didn’t try to upsell anything, just explained that I’d need to pay upfront if anything happened and claim later. The car itself was so-so, with quite a few scratches, old tires, and it wasn’t very clean. They specifically reminded us to keep it clean or they’d charge a €100 cleaning fee.

Incorrect information about airport meetup location. Had to call twice Pickup took 20-30’ longer than usual Everything else was impeccable and value for money was certainly outstanding

Would use again

Car was standard Fiat Panda, but was fine for me. The booking process was easy and I was met in arrivals Hall by agent. Car was waiting just outside terminal. Paperwork was completed and I was on the road in minutes. Check back in was also seamless. A real pleasure to use

Very bad. terrible car over 10 years old in a bad shape with over 120 000 on the odometer. this type of car shouldn’t be allow on the road!
