Dear Sirs, they made an outrageous extortion of fines. We have not scratched the wheel cover - and all tires were black when the car was returned - so how come Surprice rent company sent us a picture where one wheel has now mark made with white chalk- pretending to be street paint - it is impossible to run into a curb and make this mark - to square. The wheel is always rotating so no such marks are possible - basic geometry. This is a simple false claim on car rental company side - and extortion of fines. (do they do it to every car that has not purchased overinflated insurance with Surprice rent?) And they charge 100 eur for a car wheel cover!!!! I will post proper opinions on several websites about this case. And Qeeq should look into this matter - if you are interested - we can send pictures - just to which email? This place is a scam. Let me warn you. 1. Even if you buy your own insurance, they force you to purchase their expensive insurance (200-300 euros); 2. They confiscate your passport and credit card; 3. The staff is very rude; 4. The car provided was not the one I reserved and was dirty (see picture), it was old and filthy with bird droppings all over the trunk, and the staff couldn't care less; 5. They trap you when returning the car, asking me to pay for small dents and scratches from previous users; 6. They especially target foreigners, if you don't speak Italian, they will scam you in various ways; 7. I have lost a lot of money to this scam, and I saw other foreigners facing the same issues, arguing was useless.

The platform is very easy to be used. I forgot to attivate the Price protector therefore cannot comment.

You can call for an airport shuttle anytime. The service attitude is very good, the speed is relatively fast, and the waiting time for the airport shuttle is about twenty minutes. No queues for car rental.

Really should have been made aware of the importance of preregistering our car with TFL and been made aware of Congestion Charge Zone.

The staff's attitude was good and they were quite patient. However, there was an issue when making the payment during pickup. The store's POS machine malfunctioned and maxed out a credit card. It was only after switching to a different POS machine that the payment went through. This not only wasted a lot of time but also caused inconvenience with subsequent card expenses.

This is a dishonest company that sets traps throughout the process to make you fall into them. Fortunately, I bought full insurance from Zuzuche, so I wasn't worried, but it was still bothersome dealing with these people. They will tirelessly pitch their insurance to you and often use phrases like 'the police will do this or that' to scare you. If you don't buy their insurance, they will charge a 1200 Euro deposit on your card as a 'purchase' rather than a 'pre-authorization'. We recorded the entire car pickup process, but at return, they still tried to make us sign a damage report for an old scratch the size of a fingernail on the wheel hub. We argued for an hour and refused to sign, finally achieving justice. Even so, the deposit was not refunded until two months later after communication through Zuzuche's customer service. Although we did not incur any losses, we were very disappointed with how Italians treat tourists. We will be more cautious next time we visit.

This time, I rented a car with only 100 kilometers on it, and the other cars also looked very new. Overall, it seems like the best company is quite professional.

Very satisfied. The attitude was great and they patiently explained how to use the car's facilities. The car condition was good. I rented a Fit but got a Prius hybrid, which is very fuel-efficient.

Sport version with paddle shifters, good power, vehicle in good condition, no hidden fees, smooth communication, all scratches on the car were documented, so we don't need to worry. If you're still concerned, you can take another video yourself.

Had the car for just one day, forgot to turn off the lights, and the battery died. The rental company quickly sent someone to resolve it.
