When picking up the car, the staff on site said there was a 50 dirham airport parking fee. I had not noticed any prior warnings about this. The response was that the app’s screenshot indicated possible charges by the car company, including parking fees, in small gray text. Firstly, the official PDF order from the rental platform did not include this fee. Secondly, since this charge was not collected by the rental platform, it should be governed by my contract with the car rental company. Fortunately, nothing else happened during the rental period.
