Very good, just a lot of people getting cars on the same day.

The only thing that did go as planned was related to the insurance excess amount. It was clearly shown as 400USD but Entreprise insisted that it is 3000AED and they blocked this amount on my credit card though my booking from QEEQ was showing 400USD (about 1500AED). Good thing that I did not need it.

QEEQ should double check the excess amount issue with Enterprise.

The store management was chaotic and it was extremely difficult to find the pick-up point. When returning the car, four people of Indian descent came out with magnifying glasses to inspect every inch of the car's paint. They found a small chip caused by a stone on the top right corner, which is two meters high, and demanded compensation. After renting cars over a dozen times, this was the first time encountering such a store. There is no way the damage could have been caused by me in that location.

Convenient pickup and drop-off

The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.

It's okay. The car was an old model, a Nissan Sunny, but with low mileage. It had done 19,000 kilometers when picked up.

The overall service at Hertz airport was great. The counter staff were patient and attentive, and there was no excessive upselling. Picking up and returning the car was smooth, though I had to wait in line for over ten minutes.

The service is quite good, and foreign staff are fairly professional.

The vehicle was not delivered with a full tank and had no markings. It took at least an hour to find.

Pickup and parking were in a convenient location, and the service was excellent. It's trustworthy, but it's been a week and the deposit hasn't been refunded yet.

The staff was very enthusiastic. Initially, I didn't know the way, and they proactively led me to the parking lot to pick up the car. They also declined the tip I offered.

I think that you should NOT include any rental companies that do not have offices. Or you should state that UPFRONT so I don’t have to learn about it after I book.
