When booking a vehicle in the US territories, double check with your insurer if they will cover you. Our policy only covered continental US & Canada. We had to add on liability insurance on site.
The vehicle was in poor condition with scratches and broken parts. First they gave car with key battery not working. Had to run back to airport because no one picked up their phone despite there being 3 people at the counter. Second car even though a bigger one also had damages but it was better than the first one because first one was smelling badly.
They also sold me liability insurance as a mandatory insurance despite me having purchased insurance from qeeq.
NO, was suppose to have SUV had Corolla. Was told to return next day for the SUV, wasted a day driving back to airport for the vehicle still not available.
Settled on Corolla.

Budget knew our flight was delayed getting to St Thomas by 2 hrs and rented the SUV before we arrived even though I had contacted them to inform them I would be there. If not for the Budget Agent we would have been without a vehicle.
