My feelings towards Budget's service are quite mixed. Firstly, they tried to sell me insurance, but I opted for the basic coverage. Secondly, they charged me a deposit of $1800 for a small old car without giving any detailed explanation. With so many customers, collecting a few thousand dollars from each quickly adds up to billions, turning into an Israeli version of Jia Yueting. Most importantly, I booked a Mazda 3, but they gave me a Corolla instead, claiming the two cars are similar. Are they kidding? I initially wanted to rate them 0, but I gave them 2 stars for two reasons. First, they charged a huge deposit, and who knows how they'll use it. Second, I don't want these Israeli jokers to be harsher on other Chinese customers because of my rating. Overall, the experience was quite average.
When we arrived to collect the car the aeroport office was closed. Getting hold of a member of staff proved very difficult. Eventually they sent a van to collect us and take us to their depot. It was a very frustrating experience
