The vehicle was in great condition, and the pickup and drop-off process was quick and straightforward without any extra charges. An excellent car rental company.
The staff at the store were very friendly. The car we initially received had a damaged door that hadn't been repaired. We requested a change, and the rental company provided a new car, which was very satisfying.
The car pickup point is conveniently located just to the right after exiting the airport. This time, I was lucky to get a brand new MG3, which had only been driven for less than 70 kilometers. The pickup process was very simple, I just had to swipe the pre-authorization and sign to get the car. There was no pressure to buy additional insurance, but the car had an empty fuel tank, which made me a bit anxious upon leaving the airport. We drove approximately 2200 kilometers over the course of 20 days. The drop-off process was also quick, requiring staff to cancel the pre-authorization on the credit card.
One downside: the car had almost no fuel. Although the gas station wasn't far, being in an unfamiliar place made me quite anxious.
