The staff's service was great, but the MG car was really disappointing. Especially when driving uphill, it made a loud roaring noise and couldn't handle the climb. The whole car felt bulky, and there was a strange smell inside the car. The smell was noticeable when first entering, but it faded after a while.
The service attitude was excellent, the accident handling was efficient, there were no hidden charges, and the car was upgraded to an almost brand-new vehicle.
The pickup location is right in the airport arrival hall and very noticeable. You need to bring your local driver's license; a translation document alone is not sufficient. Electronic licenses are accepted. The actual car provided was an upgrade with more space.
