2. They deliver the car to the terminal pickup area, but the rental company requires customers to pay the airport parking fee, about 30 Dirhams. This is the first time I've encountered this situation after renting cars multiple times at Dubai Airport.
3. The drop-off is in a nearby street, and it's impossible to see where the store is located—perhaps I truly couldn't find it. I recommend Zuzuche verify this matter. Someone will drive you to the terminal, but I have slight social anxiety and am uncomfortable engaging with people like this.
4. Although the car I initially chose was accurately provided, its condition was a bit old, and the first day driving it, the dashboard showed a wrench icon indicating maintenance. When I reported this to the rental company, their response was: to wait until the car is returned to conduct repairs... It is indeed quite cheap, and the staff is relatively polite. However, it's a typical business strategy targeting fellow countrymen. From now on, I definitely won't support such businesses anymore unless there are genuine improvements and truthful practices. Please avoid vague strategies.
