Avoid this company; the service is particularly bad. Even after purchasing insurance on the rental platform, they forcefully push for an additional daily €30 insurance on the spot or demand a €1400 deposit, but only via credit card.

This Company is absolutely appalling. They bullied us into taking some insurance policy which we didn't need, and said that if we didn't take it, they would charge us over €1500 deposit.
We didn't get the car we booked, even though it was supposed to be guaranteed.
The staff were rude, extremely unhelpful and downright unprofessional. I definitely would never use them again.
Even on drop off, they were rude. They made me re-park the car and criticized me for not filling the car up at their designated fuel station (I assume they get a commission for that as well!)

Unfortunately, very bad experience!
The company didn't ask me with full fuel policy I would like to go.
They put me in full/empty fuel policy, it means a clearly a ruse that benefits the renatal company.
I payed 123.38£ fuel deposit and and they give me back only 78.48£ eaven if returned the tank full.
What happened with the 45£?
It is the cost of the policy full/empty !
It was ridiculos.
Please, try to avoid this company or ask for a full/full fuel deposit.
