All good, only issue to find out the pick up location, with a small child and luggages it was a painful experience and we did not see at the arrival any clear indications
1. They don't have counter at Athen airport, it is difficult to find the person who holding small sign plate indicate Europcar
2. They PIC in Europcar insisted to buy insurance for 60Euro
3. The car was not ready for pickup, we have to wait half an hour
Deux véhicules récupérés dans cette agence Europcar de Milos (Grèce) ainsi que les deux contrats de location.
- premier véhicule récupéré le 19/07 : une Hyundai i30 (pas de pare soleil, pneu avant gauche sous gonflé, pas d’autoradio, volant abîmé et coupant, plus de 125 000km au compteur, ports USB hors service, intérieur très poussiéreux.)
- suite à mon mécontentement, un second véhicule m’a été fourni le soir même : une Ford focus avec près de 100 000km (état extérieur déplorable, phare arrière droit cassé, levier de vitesse dur et cassé, intérieur sale avec déchets, allume cigare hors service, autoradio et CD hors service, pire... feu avant gauche HS en pleine nuit sur une île).
Je ne vous cache pas mon très fort mécontentement suite à cette location Europcar, moi qui pensait que prendre une marque référante à l’étranger serait gage de qualité (mal m’en a pris...). Je suis surtout en colère d’avoir du conduire par nuit noire avec un phare avant HS avec comme passagère ma femme enceinte de 4 mois...
Je demande expressément le remboursement des 143,12€ réglés par avance (Somme en total déconnection avec le niveau de la qualité de service).

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I visited Kefalonia with my girlfriend and rented a car here for 2 days. We were offered 50 Euro insurance but declined because we had purchased external insurance. The car was inspected by a Europcar team member and scratches and marks were noted. The underside of the car was not inspected. We were EXTREMELY careful when driving around for 2 days. Upon arrival, the car was inspected and we were told that a there was a scratch on the UNDERSIDE of the car and 300 Euros was payable. I can guarantee you that not only did we not cause this scratch, but that the underside of the car was NOT inspected properly in the first instance. Please see the photo of the scratch I was charged 300 EUROS FOR (thank god our amazing external insurance covered this- RentalCover.com)
The car more than exceeded our expectations. We were on an island and a small economical car was great. The staff was very friendly.
