Le guichet n'est pas trés facile à trouver à l'aeroport de Kuala Lumpur (batiment externe). Le loueur fournit des documents bien pratiques avec photos pour le retour à l'aeroport et les particularités locales. I was told everything was good when drop off. The car was examined carefully by the drop off staff and I was told all was good.
Afterwards, received call stating the petrol was not full despite filling the petrol full and bar was full during the drop off process and charges extra for petrol. I don't have time to return to the drop off/argue as already boarding for my flight.
Like: Reserved a Honda BR-V 7 seater for my family, 6 adults and 2 infants. Upon collecting, i was given a Toyota Innova, New Model.
Which is much more bigger and spacious, and also of higher CC. The car was in excellent condition and very clean.
Staff is helpful, and explained everything in detail.
