The online booking was easy and quick. The customer service at the actual location could be better.

The drop-off location is too far, and the instructions were unclear.

Picking up the car was very convenient, it's just right there. But they didn't recognize the insurance we bought on QEEQ and scared us into buying their insurance for over $100.

When we arrived to collect the car the aeroport office was closed. Getting hold of a member of staff proved very difficult. Eventually they sent a van to collect us and take us to their depot. It was a very frustrating experience

the car was very old and would expect better from a car rental place

Staff at the Tel Aviv desk were extremely slow and not very helpful. I had to queue for around an hour to be served. Then the man serving me didn't tell me the car required an immobiliser code. So after dragging all my luggage to the car, I found it wouldn't start, so had to go all the way back to the desk to have the immobiliser code explained, then go back to the car again. In total it took about 90 minutes meaning I was driving to my destination in the dark.
