They tried to charge us the deposit! The car was a bit damaged and with some warning signals (red lights). We had to argue not to be charged for the deposit.
They clearly tried to make money on us.
Amazing little car which took us on a two day adventure in the mountains of North Israel on just one tank of fuel. Overall experience getting and returning car is easy and doesn't take overly long

Incredibly easy process with cheap prices and even cheaper when they rebooked my booking automatically because the price dropped!
The car was filthy both in and out and had more bumps and scratches on it than a dodgem car. Shocking service at collection point and shocking car. Budget should be ashamed of themselves
I had to wait a long time (an hour) for a car even though I had made a reservation. And they wouldn't give me an upgrade. The car I got wasn't serviced had an empty tank of gas and was very dirty.
Very good service. Helpful staff. Well recommended. Just make sure to be clear about how full the fuel is and as to how much to return at, otherwise an amazing experience.
