Like: We reserve a small car. They gave a suburban truck which is so huge. Eats up a lot of gas but on the second thought, we liked it because we ended up taking cadets with us in Colorado springs. We also like the shuttle bus driver which is a lady who took us where we suppose to have our reservations. Dislike: We had a hard time finding where is easy rent a car place. We went first to enterprise. They told us our reservations is not there. I have to search my email and went thru websites, gladly find that are reservations are into advantage..
Like: When I finally got a clean car, it was a good value. Dislike: There was a long line, the staff weren’t friendly and the first car I was givien was dirty inside and out. The seats were stained, there were several dents and scratches.
