I booked in start at the opening time, don't found any staff in the counter, they should be arrive before opening time. However, staff stand in there on time.
The rental company didn't send me a confirmation email, which delayed me by over half an hour when picking up the car! The key point is I was rushing to catch a flight! Arrived to return the car close to 2 PM; my flight was at 3:15 PM. They delayed me for over half an hour, causing me to run with 40 kg of luggage to check-in. Didn't even have time for a tax refund, losing me some money.
I rent the Toyota yaris however I received the equivalent one which is Nissan amera.
Personally I think it was fine if you just drive it in downtown but I went to mountain so it was a little bit struggle however overall was good.
