No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

“The pickup directions were more complicated than the actual process.”

The first car we got was 5 years old we drove to the hotel and the next day had to return it as we were renting for two weeks and it was jumping ahead when I let of the brake. Customer service was excellent as they replaced it with an almost new car.

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
