First they charged me an insurance fee that was not described in my rental agreement. Secondly they gave me a car that was unable to drive. The car was in trouble with balancing. The roof inside the car was all stained. I wasted time going back to the store. Then they gave me another car that was better, but so far of expectations for the amount charged. Poor experience and I will never rent a car there or recommend it to anyone.

Location needs to be updated and could be cleaner. Didn’t like that i couldn’t use my own sunpass which I’ve always done with other companies. Also booked with insurance via EasyRentCars But was still able to use mine but Couldn’t get refunded for the difference.

TERRIBLE !!!!!! bad desk service and they scam me with extra insurance and I had to pay extra for the tools option even when I had my personal tool pass....they wouldn't let me use mine so i had to pay $160 extra for tools and insurance on a $100 4 days rental.....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....NEVER AGAIN
