Great!

I ordered a 7 seater with 4 cases, when we arrived, we couldn’t even get out passengers and cases in the shuttle to the car hire place hence 2 x trips back and forth to the airport. The car did have 7 seats but no other space, I did ask to change the car during the rental period, but was told there were no other cars available. We were pushed to up sell extra insurance and told that our ‘protectmyexcess insurance’ wouldn’t cover bumps on private land (car parks) and given examples to get us to buy the policy, not the worst car hire, but also not the best!

Booking platform was perfect

Car was ok for a family of four, but the service light was on when we collected it and the tyre pressure warning light came on on the last day.

To be told had to purchase extra excess insurance was unfair as we had already purchased it via the booking to be told It wasn’t enough was ridiculous

I am in the process of writing an official review of my experiences of renting a car from a range of rental companies in and around Belfast International Airport. A brief overview on renting a car from Easirent was that it was a difficult process, with little help or trust from staff and minimal customer service. From time of arrival to driving away the car took 2 hours and 15 mins. During my time having the Easirent car, I never felt comfortable having your car during the rental period for several reasons. All in all, the overall rating of rental was poor.
