The office didn't have any car ready and had to wait for almost 60 minutes to find me one. I requested Honda however, they got me a Nissan.
Staff are friendly but have to turn clients much faster.

Very good competitive prices, and easy to reserve.
However, any specific / local rules, like putting a car reserve/ guarantee of $2000 on the credit card, should be mentioned this way we don't get nasty surprises of blocking $2000 blocked and can't be used for over 20 days. Even though my trip was only for 2 days.

I did have to wait a while before the car was ready. Usually I wouldn’t mind but with a tired crying baby it was hard. i was expecting and looking forward to driving the Mitsubishi Eclipse, i was given a ford eco sport, car wasn’t too bad.

Very bad experience from Fastcars, they want to sell upgraded insurance, when I refused they started to threaten that if any scratch happens they will ask for 2500, they repeated that (philipno lady)
Their location needs a taxi from T2 to T 1 i paid 90 dirham both ways. Then upon inspection they refused to note small scratches and they delayed me for around 30 minutes to bring the car. I called them on their dxb branch they don’t answer calls. They are really bad with customers
We went to the pick up counter at the airport. It took us time to get through the paperwork and then went outside to pick up the car. We were very disappointed at this stage as it was about 4am. The car finally came was a filthy Kia Rio which the booking staff highly recommended for us. The car was covered in scratches, there were quite a few dents and the car inspection staff Riaz did not want to acknowledge all the damages on the car, as we checked inside of the car it was filthy and smelt of smoke. When we told Riaz we wanted non smoking car he said this was the only car available. We were very tired at this stage after a 14 hour flight and decided to write on the inspection form the condition of the car, which Riaz was very unhappy. The car had clicked over 100,000 on the click and bearly managed to use the car for our enjoyment. On return of the car there was a different inspector who was aware of the condition of the car and commented that we were unfortunate to be given that car. We told him our experience with Riaz and he acknowledged that he one of the difficult staff in the company. If we can avoid it we will never use Fast Car Rental again. If anyone is taking this seriously then someone should come back and let us know the outcome. Incidentally you will notice that the car you are asking about is a Mitsubishi which I booked but got a Kia Rio fit to be scrapped.
