This company is terrible. I always try to avoid them. They trap you and charge you lot of unnecessary stuff like excess insurance for not providing some documentation. This time they did not have the car I reserved online. They were still have availability online but were very rude on the phone. Refused to pick me up and did not cover for excess amount of money I had to pay to herz

I presented full insurance for excess and yet was still obliged to block 1500 from my credit card. In other rentals I have not had to block this which is one reason that I have taken out that insurance. I was not pleased. When dropping off the car I waited 40 mins for the shuttle bus to take me to the terminal. I and two other clients had to ask 3 times for the staff to ring the shuttle and chase it up. The staff were helpful but you really need to have a better relationship with your shuttle bus provider. It is very stressful to be waiting 40 mins for the shuttle when you have a plane to catch.

Staff were helpful but there was a long wait for service and for the car to be brought round from storage and handover. The car was good value for money but the interior was dirty and stained.

Provided information from the website and from calling head office that I could use electronic confirmation of address. On arrival o was told that this was not possible at this branch so I would have to pay for the check, which consisted of a 30 seconds phone call. I was then told I would have to pay 95 pound for fuel deposit, and that the insurance I had purchased was pointless. I ended up not being able to hire the car as despite using the card successfully for other purchases I was told the pin was necessary for the deposit payment. No help and was left stranded.
