The staff was very friendly and patient. You can handle the rental at a self-service kiosk, but our domestic driving licenses still needed to be verified at a manual counter. All the fees were clearly explained, and there were no ambiguous charges. As we were about to leave the airport in the rental car, the inspector found that our selected car was still under maintenance because its license plate had expired. They immediately brought another car for us. In the process of changing cars, we carelessly left our phone in the original car. The staff quickly called the person who had taken the original car and had it returned, so we got our phone back. Overall, the car rental process was very smooth, and the staff had excellent attitudes.

Like: Best part was vehicle pickup from the kiosk without having to stand in line. It was extremely convenient and quick. Vehicle was in good condition and pretty new. Options available to choose from.
Dislike: Someone should be available at vehicle pickup location to explain about how to notify existing scratches etc.

Like: The whole process was super easy, from reserving the car online, to pick up and drop off. We went to Portland for the eclipse and we're having a hard time finding an available car. We found a minivan on easycarrentals at a great price and I booked it. I wasn't sure if it would be there when we arrived, but it was and we were on our way in no time!
