Service was decent overall, but the VW T-Cross I originally booked got swapped for a Fiat 600. That car felt really light and floaty to drive, which I didn’t love, but everything else was fine.

Fantastic service—they even upgraded my car to a better model.

Booked an X5 originally, but they didn’t have it in stock. Paid about $200 extra for 8 days to upgrade to an X7—totally worth it, super smooth and easy to drive.

They upgraded our car to a fairly new one, it was super clean and in great condition. Both pickup and return were really easy.

Really good experience. The Alamo counter at Munich Airport was excellent—super efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and paperwork were handled really fast. They’d run out of the VW Passat I originally booked, so I paid a bit extra to upgrade to a 5 Series Touring. Totally worth it, it drove great.

They added extra insurance coverage without clearly explaining what it actually included.

1. The car was great to drive, a Skoda, and it came with a full tank. 2. The QEEQ online support team was honestly amazing. I ran into two big issues and they actively helped me sort both out. First, my flight was delayed so I had to push back my pickup time. Trying to call the local counter to change it was a hassle, but after chatting with a QEEQ agent online, they responded quickly and helped me successfully adjust and pick up the car. Second, I needed to return the car earlier than planned. I’d booked the car quite early, but bought my flight later, and in the end the only flights left were very early in the morning, so I had to drop the car off ahead of schedule. The QEEQ staff really went all out—calling, emailing, texting—using every possible way to help me arrange the early return. Even though the local counter hasn’t officially checked in and inspected the car yet, the overall experience has been fantastic!!! All in all, renting a car abroad through QEEQ feels really reassuring. As long as you reach out to their live customer service, they’ll jump in and coordinate things right away. I’m genuinely grateful!!!

Best car rental experience we’ve had in Spain. At pickup they clearly explained what size scratch would actually count as damage (anything bigger than a large coin). When we returned the car they immediately sent the final bill showing no extra charges. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I accidentally left my phone in the car when I returned it, but after I contacted the rental company they helped mail it back to me. Really appreciate their help!

Staff were friendly, but when I went to pick up the car, the model I’d booked wasn’t available. They said they were “upgrading” me to a 7‑seater SUV, but what I actually got was an old car with over 100,000 km on it. That said, it drove fine overall.

Got to the pickup location early but they wouldn’t let me take the car in advance, even though I’d already chosen the earliest pickup slot for that branch. No idea why they had cars at the airport but still wouldn’t release one before my time. Ended up sitting there for about an hour before I finally got the car. That said, the staff were actually really nice – no hard selling, no hidden fees. When returning the car, I had to park in a parking garage and it was already after closing time, so the key drop box was pretty hard to find. I had to ask people in a local supermarket and staff from other rental companies before I figured out where to leave the car and keys, but once I got there the return itself was quick and hassle-free.

I had to wait about two hours after booking before I could pick up the car. The original car I booked wasn’t available anymore, but they upgraded me to a better one, which was nice.

First time renting with Alamo. I know in Europe you usually don’t get the exact car model you book, but this time they gave us a nearly brand‑new Peugeot with just over 500 km on it. It fit 7 people without feeling cramped, and we drove it through Sweden, Finland, and Norway for almost 6,000 km. The back seats were really comfortable. What I really appreciated was there was no hard sell on insurance. I’d definitely rent with Alamo again if I get the chance.

Overall it was fine, nothing to complain about.

Pick-up and return were super quick and easy, the car was almost brand new and in great condition, and the staff were really friendly without trying to upsell anything.

I told them I needed room for a lot of luggage, and they handed me this huge four-row minivan—way over the top.

Really good experience – having a car made getting around so much more convenient.
