No aggressive sales, conveniently located at the domestic arrival hall

Counter staffs are nice. Staffs at pick up&drop off point work like they are in big hurry. I have no idea why? I got ticked off a bit.

Attitude was very stiff and they mocked the customers.

Overall disappointed

The service attitude was quite good, and the explanation was very detailed. Probably because we arrived late, there were no queues. Their store is right at exit 2 of the airport, which was fairly easy to find. It took about 15 minutes to complete the paperwork and inspect the car. Returning the car was also smooth.

Like: It was right in the terminal. Easy to find. The car is very new.

The car seats were dirty

The pick up location is quite a distance from the international arrivals. There was also no sign indicating where to find ASAP. Quite a bit of manual paperwork had to be filled in at the counter.

Ok with easyrentcars but the information I gave to easyrentcars was not transmitted to the ASAP, the renter.

The rental company's service was excellent and there were no major issues. The main problem arose when the car was damaged during the rental period. Even though I had purchased theft and damage insurance, I was informed that, aside from the insurance cost, I also had to pay 5350 baht in compensation. They said it was within the insurance deductible. I don't understand why I bought insurance if I still have to pay this amount.

It would be best if there was someone who could speak Chinese. The staff's English wasn't very good, it was like talking to a chicken and a duck. We ended up using a translator to communicate.
