The car pickup was fairly smooth, and there were no major issues with the car. It’s been a month and the pre-authorization has still not been refunded. Regarding the car inspection, at the final handover at the airport, I was told there were no issues with the car body. However, after returning to my home country, I received notice that there were two scratches that were overlooked and I need to pay an additional 800 dirhams. What is the point of buying the 5000 yuan damage waiver insurance if it cannot cover this?
