Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport is very convenient; the car is in good condition.

Excellent service, picked up the car directly at the airport. The only small regret was not getting a Fusion, only a Nissan Altima, but the cars are all new and very good.

We rented a Tahoe, and the website showed a range of similar cars like the Nissan 4WD. However, Alamo gave us a GMC at pickup. The staff just handed us the keys without letting us choose or explaining why we got a GMC instead. Fortunately, the two GMCs were in good condition. It would have been better if the staff explained the change. The pickup process was quick and convenient, the staff was very friendly, and they didn't try to upsell me insurance or a tank of gas. I am very satisfied with this rental experience.

The service is quite satisfactory, offering a high level of freedom and moderate costs. However, some pick-up locations are not inside the airport terminal, which is slightly inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly. They proactively helped me print the pickup form even though I didn't have it with me. The car was in great condition, almost new.

The process is very simple and convenient with no additional fees.

The staff at the counter were very friendly, and returning the car was quick and easy. However, there is one charge we don't understand. We returned the car on July 31st, yet in August, there was a charge of under $10. We don't know what this fee is for.
