The staff were very nice.

Originally booked with a local car rental company, but they refused to provide service at pickup. Thanks to QEEQ's coordination, we switched to AVIS on the spot. Everything was professional, and the experience was good.

Strongly pushed their insurance; staff attitude was negative when I didn't buy it. Rented a large SUV but got a wagon instead, almost couldn't fit our luggage. Was charged after returning the car even though it was full of fuel and undamaged.

I rented a Mercedes C-Class and got a Mercedes CLA. What's the deal? Are you trying to trick me? Deceive me? Or are you just unaware that the CLA is an A-Class car? Your QEEQ app doesn't even list the CLA model, so how can users leave accurate reviews?

The staff at this company are pretty good. However, one person who answered the phone was a bit rude and hung up before we finished our conversation, causing us to make several calls and waste almost 30 yuan in phone charges. There is an older staff member at the store who is especially nice, enthusiastic, diligent, and responsible!

AVIS cheated on me at my arrival as well as at my departure. I booked SUV and was going to be given small hatchback. I had to pay a lot more extra money at counter for SUV. After I returned the car, AVIS surprised me with heavy penalties for extra days, late return and unspecified fees. I found that out only from my bank account weeks later. AVIS didn't respond to my queries until I contacted police and consumer protection. They apologized and returned money.

Great service attitude and they spoke enough English to communicate. They gave us a detailed introduction to the vehicle and its use.

I booked a Mercedes B class, but they gave me an A class instead. The trunk is so small.
