DOLLAR CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN NETHERLANDS

Great service, fast and more convenient than renting from Avis in France. Called from A15 and they picked us up in 5 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was easy too, with a gas station right next to the shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is acceptable.

Quick pick-up and fast paperwork, but the gas tank didn't seem full.

Hello, I rented a car in the Netherlands through Zuzuche from 5/20 to 5/24 and paid 1215 RMB online as the rental fee. After returning the car, I noticed that HERTZ charged me an additional 95 euros. Could you please clarify what this charge is for? Additionally, my credit card statement for this month on 6/5 shows another charge of 30.25 euros from this same Dutch rental company. What is this for? Please help investigate. Thank you. P.J

Very difficult airport to navigate and the Herts level and booth was very hard to find but car itself was perfect.

The car rental company is a bit far from the airport. Upon arrival, it is recommended to call them immediately to avoid a long wait. The service and vehicle condition are both good.

1. I had an appointment to pick up the car at 12:30, but since I arrived at the airport early, I got to the Dollar rental company around 11. They charged me for an extra day without any notice. When I discovered this, they claimed that picking up the car early means you get charged for an additional day. 2. Their promotional flyer mentioned an insurance option for 10 euros, which would cover glass and tires and reduce the deposit from 800 euros to 300 euros. However, they didn't mention that it's 10 euros per day. 3. The car did not have windshield washer fluid. 4. Traveling to Germany required a 50-euro fee, but they did not provide any sticker or receipt. 5. There was even a Hertz rental receipt left in the car drawer. 6. I returned the car with a full tank, had no traffic violations, and after thorough inspection and handover, 76 euros were charged two weeks later without any explanation.
