No upselling at all. However, I rented a BMW, paid for a BMW, but received a Suzuki. When I requested a replacement, they replied that they never had BMW X1s. If they don't have it, why is this model an option? Is this an issue with the rental company or QEEQ?
At first, we got a Nissan Qashqai with a problem in the back seatbelt, which prevented it from buckling up safely.
The staff gave us another Nissan Qashqai, but there was a problem with the driver seat that couldn't be adjusted.
The 3rd Nissan Qashqai was good; everything worked properly.
The thing is that every time we needed to remove our luggage, it was hard.
The staff was friendly, but it cost us a 1-hour delay because of all the changes.
The vehicle and services were excellent, yet the price was high (even so, it was still cheaper than other options).
Keep in mind, that if you're picking the full coverage through QEEQ it is cheaper, yet if there is damage, you need to pay and then get the refund through your alternative insurance

When booking through Zuzuche, I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, but at the time of pickup, the rental company claimed there was no insurance and asked us to cancel it and repurchase their own insurance. After confirming for a while, we found that the printed paperwork actually included full coverage collision and theft insurance with zero deductible. It seems the rental company just wanted us to buy extra insurance, which made the experience quite unpleasant. In the end, we didn't buy additional insurance, but they added a 5-euro daily roadside assistance fee. Since the car pickup process had already delayed us for two to three hours, we didn't press the issue further. 2. I reserved the CLA 200 category, but the vehicle received was a CLA 180. This was understandable as they belong to the same category. 3. If crossing borders, you need to pay an additional 2.5 euros per day at the time of pickup. 4. Before returning the car, I deliberately refueled it, but they still deducted over 30 euros for refueling and service fees from the pre-authorized payment. This was a poor experience, and I haven't been able to get the money back yet.
I chose to rent a car within the city of Amsterdam because it was very close to my hotel, Crown Plaza, and the staff had a good attitude. The entire pickup process went smoothly.
I am very satisfied with this car rental experience. The car was in great condition, and the pickup and drop-off location was very convenient in the city center.
