The car provided had seat belts for the rear back seats but the seat belts weren’t able to be used because the safety belt holder was on the same side as the belts so you couldn’t wrap the belt across you.
They claimed for a very tiny scratch when returning the car. Such a scratch couldn't have been marked during the pickup, otherwise the whole car would be covered in marks. The store is not honest, and they are intentionally seeking compensation.
