Overall experience was good, although it was weird that they didn't give us a car registration certificate. We intended to resolve it with the rental company but eventually forgot about it... The person who handed over the car seemed to be the manager, expressionless but the paperwork was thorough. Initially, we thought he was being a bit lazy during the inspection, but he ended up being very thorough (luckily). Returning the car took unexpectedly long, making us nervous because we had a flight to catch. Another staff member received the car, thoroughly inspected it twice, checking every part with his fingers and confirming with us twice. He even checked the interior and fuel tank. This was the first time I've encountered such thoroughness after renting cars four times and motorcycles three times abroad; either the staff was extremely diligent or trying to find reasons to charge us.
The service was good. However, the address listed was the airport, but it’s actually in a building a few hundred meters outside the airport. Since I didn’t provide my flight number, no one was there to pick me up. I had to ask several locals to find it. It’s recommended to leave your flight number if possible.
Well-known company with a good reputation. Convenient pick-up. There is someone holding a sign to receive you at the exit. The company's office is straight ahead on the right. The originally reserved car was switched to a convertible, but it was a bit old.
It's not just poor service; it's a scam. They don't accept Visa or MasterCard with the UnionPay logo, so you have to pay a high cash deposit. They arbitrarily change the vehicle model. During inspections, they deliberately distract customers and record numerous small flaws while hiding serious scratches, only to extort you when returning the car. I had an early flight, and the Chinese guy before me had to pay 50 euros because part of his front grille fell off without any collision. I was relieved to drive carefully, but then they pointed out a scratch near the right front bumper close to the ground and demanded 250 euros! It was clearly an old scratch, but they wouldn't listen to any explanation and told me to negotiate with the manager, who only comes in at 8:30 AM. My entire trip ended on a sour note because of this scheme. If such a rental company can be listed on your platform, it speaks volumes about your standards.
