CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR IN TEL AVIV

We reserved the car for 9 AM and return by 8 PM. Arrived around 9:15 and was charged $50 for being 15 minutes late, which is almost the cost of renting for a whole day.

There weren't many people in line, but the service attitude was just average.

Apart from spending some time filling in information at the beginning, the overall process was quite smooth, and the return was very quick.

Please refer to my after-sales order. There are major issues with charges.

No update on damage claim until now

The staff at the car rental desk was not friendly. They informed us the car used diesel, but it actually used gasoline, which almost caused a serious problem.

The car I chose matched the one I rented.

J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité. J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost. Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait

The order was prepaid, yet there was a mistake.

The return location and the counter are not together abroad, which was quite unfamiliar to me at first.

When I came to Erufacar They did not have the car I ordered -Hyundai i20, So they gave me a Nissan micra that is similar to Hyundai i10. that was Terrible Because There was not enough room for people or bags. Except for the weak engine he had. Thank you
