“Great rental but a battle not to pay late fee with Europcar despite being on time for pick up”

Staff were horrific. Europcar accepted rental for 11.30pm booking, arrived at 11.27 and the guy took as long as possible in those 3 minutes then told us we would have to pay an extra late fee, despite the booking saying 11.30pm.
