Dislike: I was given a manual gear car despite reserving an automatic, had to go back to office to get an automatic car.
Like: Car was quite good. Dislike: We spent lot of time before we found the office. We had to pass Volvo center, go dowstairs and so on, without any pointers.
Very dissatisfied. I booked over two months in advance, but they gave me the wrong car, and the location was also incorrect, took me a long time to find it. Rented the car for 11 days, but returned it 40 minutes late due to severe traffic on the way to the airport, and they charged me for an extra day. I've never seen a car rental company like this.
Volvo in photo but I was given KIA hybrid. Ok as they said it was in the same category. However, the car cannot be charged. I spent an evening searching the web for a solution to realize that it was a defect of the car. Why Herzt gives away defect car to customer?
When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful.
I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....
Très bonne voiture Toyota Yaris hybride l’avantage c’est que malgré mes 2700km j’ai très peu consommer. Par contre c’était une automatique le début fut pas facile
