The store is very noticeable, right at the domestic arrivals area of Chiang Mai Airport. The ladyboy who attended to us was very beautiful and friendly. During the car inspection, we had to call her back several times, and she never showed any impatience. However, the store did not have child seats available for rent, so it's better to reserve one in advance next time. When picking up the car, just present the driving license translation provided by QEEQ. They don’t even look at the original domestic license. They pre-authorized 30,000 baht on my card, which they said would be returned within two weeks after returning the car. It's been less than a week, and I haven't received the money back yet.
Like: Granted my request immediately for a 4WD upon picking up the car. Dislike: Have to wait for 2 weeks before bank reverses my deposit. Deposit of 10,000 baht is on the steep end.
The staff's English is average, and it's hard to understand them. The car model we booked was unavailable, so they replaced it with a VIOS, which had four or five scratches. When returning the car, they did not inform me about the scratches or any additional charges; they simply told me everything was fine, and I could leave. They also did not provide any damage assessment report or receipt for charges, resulting in me not having the necessary documents when I applied for compensation on the car rental platform after returning home.
The rental counter is at the other end of the airport; both pickup and drop-off are at the airport, which is quite convenient. Traveling after renting a car is indeed much easier. For places like Doi Suthep, the Night Safari, and Maesa Elephant Camp, it is better to drive yourself for more flexibility in timing. The road to Doi Suthep is winding, and taking a songthaew would be extremely dizzying. We originally planned to visit the White Temple in Chiang Rai, which was the main highlight of this car rental, but we had to cancel the trip as the elderly didn't want to travel that far.
This was a pleasant car rental experience. The company’s office is right in the airport terminal, making pickup and drop-off very convenient. The staff were friendly, always smiling, communication was smooth, and I was very satisfied.

The smile of the store clerk was a big plus. Initially, I saw some issues in the QEEQ group about being sold additional insurance and other disputes. So, I carefully checked the contract, and everything was fine. However, the odometer was not reset (didn’t notice it when picking up the car). When returning the car, it showed over 5000 km driven, which was shocking. The actual distance should be around 2600 km. It’s a pity I couldn’t keep track of the mileage as a souvenir.
Like: The excellent car, professional service and value-for-money. It made the experience of driving a car in Thailand to far-above expectation. Dislike: The tires were much older than the car itself. We had a puncture in-the-middle of nowhere. We were very lucky that a local mechanist suddenly appeared and changed the tire. He showed us that this was not the original tire of the car but, like the other tires on the car, much older and second-hand.
The location of the store is convenient, right inside the airport terminal. The service attitude was good. However, some staff members are not very good at English.
It's located inside the airport, making both car pickup and return very convenient. There's also a gas station outside, so refueling before return isn't a concern. The staff were friendly. Although we took a long time due to check-in, they didn't mind.
Renting and returning the car at the airport is very convenient. However, there's only one gas station on the way from the Old Town to the airport. I missed it and ended up paying 3500 yuan for a full tank, which was too expensive. Refueling by yourself might only cost half of that.
