On arrival at the Airport Terminal, please proceed to the main bus stop area situated immediately outside the building doors on floor -2 (minus 2). Our shuttle bus properly identified will be in bus stop numbers 1 to 3 and will promptly take you to our premises situated a few hundred metres away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

Our vehicles are provided at our office next to the airport located at Carretera CV 852 del Aeropuerto a Torrellano, 03320, Elche. At arrival, take the lift or escalators to -2 Floor. After collecting your luggage and once in the arrivals terminal, you must go to the ground floor by the electric ramp or elevators. Follow the signs to the bus parking lot until you exit the building. Once outside, turn to the left and walk until you get to bus parking 1-5, where our free shuttle bus will be parked and you will be transferred to our base office, only 2 minutes away from the airport. If at the time of your arrival our minibus is not parked, do not worry, in a few minutes it will appear to pick you up as it makes continuous trips to the airport.

Arrivals from Terminal: Exit the baggage claim area to reach arrivals hall and take a right. Follow car rental signage. Firefly office is located at the end of the car rental area inside the arrivals hall. In front of the counter you will find Car rental signage to reach floor +2. Take the stairs or elevators to get to the corridor that will take you to the parking. Pass through the corridor to the elevators, go to floor +1 as shown in the directory. Step out of the elevator and you will find Firefly parking spaces. Firefly is located in level 1 of the parking.
