After leaving the arrivals hall, follow the blue line drawn on the floor which leads you slightly to the left, paying attention to the "Shuttle-Bus" signs you will find along the way. Then cross the two zebra crossings you will encounter straight ahead. Next, you will see Shuttle Bus signs on the ceiling. Keep going straight until you reach the road where you will find the Shuttle Bus stop being this just behind the train station (tren de cercanias). Our shuttle bus is properly identified and travels frequently throughout the day and so if there is no bus on your arrival don't worry, it will be with you soon.

About 30 minutes before your pick-up time, you’ll be able to see your car details in the app — the car’s location, the license plate and a photo of the car in the car park. If you still can’t find the car, call us at +44 7818 005232. Once you’ve found the car, you can start your rental and unlock the doors in the app. Make sure you have Bluetooth turned on. During your whole rental, you can use the app to unlock/lock the doors. Internet connection is needed to download the virtual key to the app. After that, only bluetooth is necessary.

The car rental office is located outside the terminal. Upon arrival, please head to the exit of the terminal. Turn left and continue on the sidewalk for about 500 yards. Our shuttle service is located on the left hand side of the Cercanías Rail Station. The shuttle bus leaves every 10 minutes and will take you to our office which is only 5 minutes away.

Once you exit the main doors of the terminal turn right go past the cafe and take the tunnel on the right. Keep walking on the pavement following the shuttle bus signs. To get to the meeting point with our shuttle bus, exit the terminal and turn left. Walk parallel to the terminal for about 300 meters, following the signs "Shuttle-Bus Courtesy bus". Please go to the office located in the arrivals hall, floor-1. Take the elevator from the luggage collection area and reach floor-1, you will find Record Go counter to the left, next to the elevator. Once you have the rental agreement, enter the underground parking floor-1 and turn right, Record Go parking is located at the end of the parking floor. If, due to special circumstances, you need to pick up the car between 23:00 and 00:00, please inform the car rental company in advance, and your flight must land before 00:00. The car rental company will arrange staff to wait at the store. If you haven't arrived by 00:00, the store will be closed. Please refer to the specific arrangements provided by the store.

Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. The customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived at the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to Floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent-a-car area and they will find our office there. The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park, next to the public car park located on Level 0, the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated.
