The office is 3 minutes from the terminal building. Arrival at the airport, pick up luggage and proceed to the exit door and turn right to the Taxi and Micro Bus exit. Down the hallway on the left side look for office number 2, Canary Shuttle. The office will advise when the next shuttle departure is and the parking place number where the shuttle will be parked. When you have all the information proceed to the Micro Bus exit and the shuttle parking place number. In case you can't find it please contact +34 608 01 38 23 and we will help you. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes and take less than 5 minutes to the depot.

Once outside the baggage reclaim hall, continue straight ahead and exit the baggage reclaim hall. Once outside, walk to the left, to check-in counters 73 to 77, where you will find the airport exit gates 1 and 2. As you exit the terminal, turn left and walk 50 meters. On your right, you will see zone E. At stops E06 and E07, you will find the courtesy bus. The Bus, with the Record Go logo, is a free shuttle service that will take you comfortably from the arrivals terminal to the offices to collect your vehicle.
