The Centauro - Malaga Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of Centauro - Malaga Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the main exit of the terminal building (direction Train station). Cross the road using the zebra crossing and continue 100mts until the Train station Renfe Aeropuerto, just behind here, you will find the courtesy shuttle bus area where you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure hall by courtesy bus. On arrival, you will be given more specific details about how to return the vehicle as well as a map of the area.

    Collected the car from Centauro. I booked a Focus or similar, I was upgraded to a Golf which was almost brand new and far superior in my opinion to the Focus, the Golf is very economical and I did not use as much fuel as I normally would have.

    It was good overall. Had to queue for about ten minutes before picking up the car, during which they briefly pitched some extra services. When returning the car, they barely checked its exterior condition. It's true that only Visa or Mastercard chip cards are acceptable; I ended up using a UK debit card to collect the car. (Debit cards might incur currency conversion fees.)
