The Enterprise - MANCHESTER AIRPORT - Airport - Enterprise car hire location is located out of the airport

The office is located in the consolidated car rental village. Customers will travel to and from the office by boarding the car-rental shuttle buses, these are available from 5AM to midnight at 10-minute intervals from outside each of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the car rental village. Once at the Car Rental Village please proceed inside to the rental counter.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

Customers who collect a vehicle from the UK mainland and wish to drive within mainland Europe are required to purchase European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage provides the customers with our written consent (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the countries stated and to access 24/7 international breakdown cover through the AA.
In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the UK mainland with the vehicle and require our authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch on their own with no less than 72 hours’ notice prior to collecting the vehicle to arrange their European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage is only available to customers paying with a credit card,Premium, Luxury and Executive vehicles are excluded from the European Travel Coverage product and are therefore not allowed to leave the country.
The charge for European Travel Coverage is £300 per rental for all cross border travels. Customers renting from Northern Ireland wishing to cross the border into the Republic of Ireland will only be charged 25.53 Please note that we are unable to provide any additional equipment that may be compulsory for driving abroad (e.g. breathalyzers, warning triangles, first aid kits etc.) and this responsibility rests on the driver. Customers are required to be aware of any requirements of the destination and any countries or regions customers might travel through.
This policy and cross border fees are only for reference,please be subject to the counter.

My booking said GPS navigation would be provided, but this was not so. Tank was 7/8 filled although counter staff told me I had to return it with a full tank of petrol.
