You can arrive of Hertz - Manchester Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

Catch the Delta Hotels shuttle bus from the terminal to our location. You must show your Hertz booking confirmation to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service: Terminal 1: Exit the Arrivals Hall and head towards the black cab rank. As you approach the black cab rank, you will see the hotel shuttle bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D. Terminal 2: Exit the Arrivals Hall, turn right and follow the path to BUS STOP G. Terminal 3: Exit the terminal through the main doors on to the forecourt, turn right and head towards the hotel bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport(address:DELTA HOTELS BY MARRIOTT MANCHESTER AIRPORT,HALE ROAD,HALE BARNS,CHESHIRE,WA15 8XW), follow signs for Hertz and park your vehicle in the Hertz area of hotel car park. If not staffed, leave your key in the yellow drop box on the right hand side of the car park. Take the Delta Hotels shuttle bus from the hotel front entrance to the Airport terminal. You must show your Hertz Rental Agreement to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service. Note, please do not use the Manchester Airport car hire shuttle bus to the car hire village.

    The car was badly scored and dented and when I raised this with the Hertz staff member he said he knew and the vehicle had 36 items of damage listed. The pick up bus took over 30 minutes to pick us up from the airport and when I tried to call the Hertz number received an automated answer saying no one was available. When eventually we arrived at Manchester rental area the staff said they were sorry for the delay but had a member of staff off sick. Overall a very poor experience from Hertz which let down the Easyrental experience.
