Pick-up Instructions

The Locauto-Enteprise rental office is situated inside the train station on platform no.24. Follow the signs for car rentals area and then you will signs for Locauto-Enterprise. The Locauto-Enteprise parking lot is located on the 1st floor of the "Piastra Parking Garage" located in via Marsala 53, about 500 mt from the office.

Drop-off Instructions

Customers shall reach the 1st floor of the "Piastra Parking Garage" located in Via Marsala 53, park the car at the Locauto Rent spaces and leave the keys into the dedicated Key box nearby the check-in cabin. The plate will be automatically recognized by the parking system. If the plate is not recognized, customers will have to inform the parking staff using the machine at the entrance. Important: the contract will be closed at the office reopening (if dropping-off out of hours)

    Very satisfied. The car was new, only driven 10,000 kilometers. I forgot to bring the notarized copy of my driver's license when picking up the car, but the staff let us take a photo and send it via email. They were very patient. They explained the insurance, but I mentioned that I had already purchased it in my home country, so they didn't push for it further. We added a second driver, which cost an additional 7 euros per day, but crossing borders didn't incur extra fees. We didn't wash the car before returning it, and it was a bit dirty, but they didn't charge a cleaning fee. The inspection was very quick. Another car in our group had a minor accident, and we received the damage report via email within a day, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

    Picked up the car at Rome train station and returned it at Milan train station. There were staff in the parking buildings to assist with the pick-up and return procedures, which was very satisfactory. However, the rental office at Rome train station is quite far from the parking building, making it a bit challenging to find the car after completing the rental formalities.

    Overall it was fine. There were some issues with the driving license validity during pickup, but it was resolved. The return process was smooth and took just a few minutes.
