TO REACH THE RENTAL OFFICE To reach our car rental office at Fiumicino airport, please follow the ‘Rent-a-car’ signs upon exiting your Gate. Regardless of your arrival gate, the walking time is always shorter than 10 minutes. Locauto offices are located inside the Epua 2 Tower and are open on all working and non-working days from 7 AM to 12 AM. HOW TO REACH THE LOCAUTO PARKING Our parking is located in the immediate vicinity of the office, on the third floor of the Multilevel Parking C. Leaving the rental counter, just take the first tunnel to the right and follow the moving walks and the signs "Rent-a-car". At the end of the second moving walk, turn right and follow the Locauto signs. HOW TO RETURN YOUR VEHICLE OR ELEFAST CAR To return your car at our Fiumicino airport rental office, enter the airport area and follow the signs pointing to ‘Car Rental Return - Multilevel Parking C-D’. Then enter building C, where you will need to pick up a ticket at the machines and climb the tower up to the 3rd floor. You will need the ticket to enter Locauto parking.

    If you do online booking, they ask for security deposit 500 euros in rome airport while they say that they charge in security deposit if you do on counter booking and off hour car pickup is not easy while this issue should be addressed.

    Overall, it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and suggested insurance, but it's totally fine if you don't want to buy it—they won't pressure you. The car pickup process was smooth, but I didn't get the T-Cross I booked; instead, it was an Opel. However, the car was quite new, with around 10,000 km on it, and it supported CarPlay.
