    I picked up the car at 11 AM (Tuesday, March 5th). Luckily, there was only one customer ahead of me, and I got the car quickly. When I saw the car, I wanted to change to a larger one, but they said there were no larger cars available. If I wanted to upgrade, it would cost an additional 100 euros per day. The car wasn't washed, so it was hard to see if there were any scratches. The owner said to take photos for records. They immediately provided a reflective vest and a tripod as they were not initially in the car.

    The process to get the car took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell any services. The return process was simple and quick. After returning the car, the staff even helped us call a taxi. They were extremely kind.

    We navigated to the pickup location using the store address ourselves. There was a no-entry sign on the way to the Venice drop-off location, so we called the car rental company for assistance. It turned out that their vehicles are allowed to pass.
